J.R. Arano

J.R. is a Vice President at the Spartan Group focused on enterprise software. Prior to joining Spartan, he was the founder & CEO of Arrius Capital, a software-focused investment bank. He also played a pivotal role within Stifel Nicolaus & Co’s Global Technology Group, orchestrating and executing M&A and capital raise endeavors tailored to the technology sector’s landscape. This stint followed successful tenures at Madison Street Capital and Focus Investment Banking, during which he engaged closely with technology domains.

J.R. earned an M.S. in Finance from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton.
