September 20, 2017 – The Car Park, a Boise company that manages parking at dozens of Boise locations, at the Friedman Airport in Blaine County, and in other states, has purchased the North Carolina parking company McLaurin Parking.
McLaurin is a 70-year-old family-owned company. The Car Park is a 14-year-old privately held company with offices in Boise; Kansas City, Missouri; Tampa, Florida; and Wichita, Kansas. It was founded by Jeff Wolfe, a 30-year veteran of the parking industry who served as chairman of the board of the National Parking Association from 2012 to 2014.
The seller was represented by The Spartan Group.
